• High-Challenge Instruction: Planning and delivering rigorous Mathematics lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE), ensuring all students achieve top-tier academic progress.
• Mathematical Reasoning: Training students to construct, deconstruct, and interpret complex algebraic structures, geometric proofs, and statistical data sets.
• Advanced Problem-Solving: Developing students' ability to break down non-routine problems systematically, fostering resilience and analytical precision.
• Data-Driven Intervention: Utilizing granular assessment tracking to identify learning gaps early, providing targeted, high-impact feedback ahead of terminal GCSE examinations.
• Leading a dedicated form group, acting as the primary point of academic, pastoral, and holistic support for a cohort of students.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
