What the role involves

• Delivering engaging, personalised one-to-one GCSE English and Maths tuition.
• Supporting secondary-aged pupils with a range of SEND needs, adapting lessons to suit individual learning styles and abilities.
• Deliver tailored sessions that support progress towards GCSE outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding and company procedures.

Skills and requirements

• A minimum of 6 months’ UK teaching or tuition experience.
• Experience delivering English and Maths at GCSE level.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of EHCPs and strategies to support pupils working below age-related expectations.

Confirmed role details

• Approximately 20 Hours Per Week (Additional Hours Available).
• Job Type: Temporary.
• Start Date: September 2026.
• Work with secondary-aged learners, helping them build confidence and make progress towards their GCSE English and Maths qualifications.
