Maths Teacher focuses on have a strong subject specialism in mathematics and the confidence to deliver engaging lessons across key stages 3 to 5.

What the role involves

• Have a strong subject specialism in Mathematics and the confidence to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Delivering high-quality Maths lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused and respectful classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit a range of abilities and learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support student progress.

Skills and requirements

• Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) to join our supply team, supporting a range of secondary schools across Coventry.
• Previous experience teaching Mathematics within secondary schools.
• Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively.
• Maintain classroom engagement.
