• Differentiation: Adapt lessons to challenge high-attaining students while supporting those with SEN or EAL needs in a diverse Hounslow classroom.
• Data Tracking: Use the school’s assessment systems to identify learning gaps and implement "catch-up" strategies immediately.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Mathematics or a related STEM discipline.
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics at Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom climate.
