What the role involves
- Delivering tutor time activities, including PSHE and personal development.
- Build positive relationships with students, supporting their personal and academic progress.
- Liaise with families regarding student progress, attendance, and wellbeing.
- Supporting students’ social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the safeguarding and pastoral teams.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

- Deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages.
- Support delivery of additional subject areas (e.g. Computing) where appropriate.
- Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners, including students with SEN.
- Monitor, and track student progress, providing regular feedback.
