Maths Teacher focuses on deliver engaging mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum.

What the role involves

• Deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Supporting students according to the curriculum and syllabus.
• Monitor, and track student progress and attainment.
• Preparing lesson plans, resources, and assessments.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related subject.
• Previous experience teaching Mathematics within schools is desirable.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
