MCERTS Flow Coordinator

MCERTS Flow Coordinator focuses on data verification & compliance: ensure flow and event duration monitoring (edm) data is accurately reported to the environment agency (ea).

What the role involves

• Data Verification & Compliance: Ensure flow and Event Duration Monitoring (EDM) data is accurately reported to the Environment Agency (EA).
• Certification Coordination: Assist in MCERTS certification, working closely with operational teams and external inspectors.
• Technical Support: Provide expert advice on flow measurement, event duration monitors, and wastewater processes.
• Regulatory Projects: Support the delivery of flow monitoring schemes under the Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP).
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve the MCERTS management system and associated processes.
• A degree in science, engineering, or environmental studies (or equivalent experience).

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid working approach with flexibility to cover regional needs (Kent, Hampshire, and Sussex).
• Employment Type: Fixed term contract (until July 2027).
• 37 hours per week.
