As a Waterloo, the work centres on we are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a prestigious, high-end residential estate in Waterloo. It would suit someone who can bring supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

Where ownership sits

Strong working knowledge of statutory systems (L8, EICR, SFG20, LOLER, PUWER, building regulations). Act as the technical lead Onsite, supporting fault finding and complex issues.
