M&E & Outlets Manager focuses on during quieter event periods, you will also support the operations of our outlets, including green stag and bugis kitchen, ensuring service excellence across the hotel.

What the role involves

• During quieter event periods, you will also support the operations of our outlets, including Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen, ensuring service excellence across the hotel.
• Oversee all meetings, conferences, and events.
• Leading the operational execution of banqueting services.
• Driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinating closely with the Sales & Events team to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and event execution.

Skills and requirements

• Strong operational experience within Meetings & Events or Food & Beverage.
