Skills and requirements
- BSc/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HND/HNC/Trade qualifications/equivalent may be appropriate).
- Experience of working on Northern Ireland Water or other water utility construction projects and/or experience of the design process for water and wastewater civil projects.
- Having an understanding of the construction process, such that designs are developed with appropriate regard for buildability.
- Good awareness and application of commercial forms of contract.

- We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineer to support our wider Civil Engineering Division on a major water framework in Northern Ireland.
- Managing Mechanical & Electrical elements of live civil engineering projects and tenders predominately on Northern Ireland Water contracts.
- Meeting with designers and subcontractors on a regular basis to develop a contract programme and to monitor progress of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning work.
