Due to continued expansion at a key site in Surrey, we’re recruiting M&E Shift Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning backgrounds) to join a leading facilities mana. Proven fault-finding ability across mechanical and/or electrical systems.

What you would be doing

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Perform electrical works including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, and BMS. Maintaining and operate Building Management Systems (BMS).

What you need

• Trade qualified with ideally 3+ years’ experience in building services.
• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing experience.
