Management responsibilities
Supervise M&E subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery of works. Maintaining accurate site records, including diaries, progress reports, and QA documentation. Review and approve M&E Contractors’ RAMS (Activity Schedules) before their work commences Onsite.

Leadership skills and experience
- MEP projects, preferably >£20M value.
- Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
