- The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
- Carry out site surveys and complete feasibility reports and budget costs.
- Preparing design calculations utilising both industry standard software and spreadsheets.
Technical requirements
- Experience of using industry standard software, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Hevacomp/IES, to produce drawings and design calculations.
- Minimum qualification of HNC in relevant Building Services Engineering subject.
- CIBSE/IET Membership is preferable, with desire and motivation to progress professional accreditation.
