- Conduct condition surveys on existing M&E plant, producing technical reports that will build your analytical and advisory skills.
- Carry out site visits and inspections, giving you practical, on-the-ground experience and the chance to work closely with project stakeholders, expanding your professional network.
- At least five years’ experience in building services design.

- Be trusted to carry out condition surveys, site inspections and remedial design work, giving you hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
