• Develop mechanical assemblies for space applications.
• Produce detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Work with a variety of materials and components suitable for space environments.
• Carry out structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS.
• Support design reviews.

Skills and requirements

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Previous experience designing mechanical systems or assemblies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an engineering team.
