• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive mechanical & electrical repairs.
• Resolve faults quickly and effectively.
• Supporting general building maintenance where required.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times.

Skills and requirements

• NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).
• Fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical (C&G.
• Proven experience in electrical/building services maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Confirmed role details

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• £47,000 annual salary.
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends).
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
