The Mechanical & Electrical Technician position centres on be expected to provide technical advice, refer to up-to-date technical knowledge. It would suit someone who can bring technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving to the role.

Bracknell STW, Hazlewood Lane, Binfield, Bracknell, RG42 5QZ. Provide training or support for technical trainees if required.

Practical details

• Pay: £8,000-£10,000 per annum.
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.

Technical skills and requirements

• You must have previous experience in an electrical apprenticeship, ONC/HNC in engineering, NVQ, or C&G level 3 in Electrical engineering, with an upskill in mechanical NVQ2/3 is cr.
• You should be a time-served apprentice with significant experience in electrical systems working in a “true multi-skilled” capacity.
• For individuals with mechanical or electrical experience only, we will look to develop the right people to dual-skilled status.
