Skills and requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience in commercial building maintenance (corporate or critical sites).
• Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and air handling units.
• Proven ability to work independently and respond effectively to reactive tasks.

Confirmed role details

• 4 on, 4 off (7am – 7pm, skipping Sundays).
• Full-time, Permanent.
