- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site.
- Respond quickly to faults and equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Maintaining plant room equipment including pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and valves.
- Perform temperature and pressure checks, system monitoring, and adjustments as needed.
- Supporting compliance activities including record keeping and statutory inspections.
- Uphold high presentation and professionalism at all times in a corporate environment.
Skills and requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong experience in commercial building maintenance (corporate or critical sites).
- Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and air handling units.
- Proven ability to work independently and respond effectively to reactive tasks.

- 4 on, 4 off (7am – 7pm, skipping Sundays).
