Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer focuses on ensure that routine ppm is carried out to all mechanical plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.

What the role involves

• Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
• Ensure compliance with contractual KPI’s/SLA’s.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Ensure professional image of Smart Managed Solutions.
• Ensure that all plant rooms are always locked and are kept clean and tidy.
• Monitor sub-contractors works whilst they are Onsite.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• Formally trained in a mechanical engineering discipline (e.g. HVAC, Plumbing) to City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 2.
• 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
• 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
• Holiday-Buy Scheme.

• This role has a Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 working pattern.
