The Mechanical Maintenance Engieer position in Kings Cross, North London centres on carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team Onsite of 5 engineers. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

What you would be doing
Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team Onsite of 5 engineers. Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning). Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc.
What you need
- Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential).
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Practical information
- Monday to Friday –08:00 am to 17:00 pm.
- A basic salary of up to £45,000.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holiday.
- Work model: On-site.
