Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Job description
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position centres on electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated equipment. It would suit someone who can bring mechanical qualifications with strong electrical skills to the role.
What the work leans on
Fault-finding on Siemens S7 PLC systems and control panels. Working within a large team on a 4 on 4 off shift (days & nights), you'll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
Where the technical work sits
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated equipment.
- Supporting efficient production through timely maintenance and issue resolution.
- Contributing to continuous improvement at Europes fastest-producing site.
Technical requirements
- Experience in FMCG or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-output, automated environment.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens S7.
