Mechanical Maintenance Engineer focuses on carry out m&e/fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team on a large building responsible for all the landlord services.

  • Carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team on a large building responsible for all the landlord services.
  • UPS Systems - Monitor.

Skills and requirements

  • Working with the maintenance team of 3 engineers Onsite including the supervisor, you will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below.
  • Mechanically Qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Confirmed role details

  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Aldgate, East London - Up to £45000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday (40 hour week.
  • Hours 08:00am to 17:00pm (8 hour days) - Every Third Week the hours are 10:00am to 19:00pm.
  • Basic Salary up to £45,000.

Candidate fit

  • technical judgement, safe working habits, fault finding, and practical repair discipline

Additional role context

  • NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution).
  • Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm Test's.
