As a Mechanical Shift Technician, the work centres on ensuring work requests are managing and processed out of normal working hours. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Technical skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Practical information

• Rostered 7-day pattern – Sunday to Saturday.
• Be responsible for providing safe and efficient maintenance of the mechanical services and equipment within the hospital.
