Skills and requirements
- Minimum of level 4 qualification in mechanical engineering or related engineering subject is essential.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of working in a facilities/building service role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of current regulations and standards relevant to mechanical building services and systems.
- Assessed level membership of relevant professional body e.g., IMechE or CIBSE required.
Confirmed role details

Additional role context
- Support of all mechanical building services, mechanical systems and equipment under the control of the Estates and Facilities function, throughout the UK & Ireland estate.
- Commissioning & Monitoring of plant and systems including creation, management & delivery of maintenance schedules.
- Development, management, and maintenance of as built drawings.
