How the role works day to day
Coordinating with the planning team to schedule tasks efficiently, ensuring optimum resource utilisation. Leading stakeholder discussions to agree appropriate Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and prepare all required documentation in accordance with legislative, client, and Mitie standards. Delivering regular team briefs and maintain strong workforce engagement, escalating concerns where appropriate.
