What you would be doing
Maintaining complete and audit-ready campaign and vendor records, including naming conventions, retention standards, and centralized repository practices. Leading media vendor onboarding, due diligence coordination, contract administration updates, performance tracking, renewals, and terminations. Processing and track media invoices end-to-end, including three-way matching (PO/IO/invoice) and accurate coding.
What you need
- Experience preparing audit evidence packages and supporting audit walkthroughs.
- Experience in controls, governance, compliance, risk management, or related operational disciplines.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow/documentation platforms.
