Medical Device Sales Specialist focuses on proactively source new business opportunities, maintaining strong knowledge of the market, competitors and customer needs.

What the role involves

  • Proactively source new business opportunities, maintaining strong knowledge of the market, competitors and customer needs.
  • Work with product specialists to grow sales across focus areas within the region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, NHS contacts and stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Managing the full sales process, including presentations, negotiations, tenders and contract renewals, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly.
  • Keeps up to date with products, technology and market trends while ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and performance tracking.

Skills and requirements

  • To be considered for the Medical Device Sales Specialist role,you must have.
  • 3+ years medical sales experience.
  • A clinical background as a nurse, ODP, radiographer or similar.
  • A degree in life science/ business is desirable.

Confirmed role details

  • £51-55K + CA + BONUS.
  • Additionally, it allows 25-days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension contributions, Healthcare, wellbeing package and much more.

Additional role context

  • Be responsible for the performance of your region, with the expectation to be out visiting customers 4 days per week.
