What the role involves
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across fertility services.
- Ensure delivery of safe, ethical, and evidence-based patient care.
- Leading clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Overseeing development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols.
- Ensure full compliance with UK fertility legislation, licence conditions, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for inspections, audits, and regulatory bodies.
Confirmed role details
- £200k, plus annual bonus, private healthcare and share options/retention bonus.
- Lead all clinical aspects of the service, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice.
- Working closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the organisation remains inspection-ready at all times.
