Medical Information & Compassionate Use Supply Associate focuses on ensure that responses given to requests from healthcare professionals, patients/consumers are relevant, validated and of a good quality.

What the role involves

• Ensure that responses given to requests from healthcare professionals, patients/consumers are relevant, validated and of a good quality.
• Conduct scientific monitoring that is regular and efficient (active ingredients, components, physio-pathology).
• Managing client requests for information respecting deadlines : healthcare professionals, patients & consumers, etc.
• Preparing for new product launches (standardised answers, feedback).

Additional role context

• Guarantee satisfaction and confidence of external clients (healthcare professionals, patients/consumers,…).
• (client satisfaction, answers which are documented and referenced).
• Facilitate business continuity (back-up in case of absence, prioritisation of tasks).
