As a Medical Receptionist/ Administrator (34.5 hrs pw), the work centres on greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Why this role may suit you
Starting asap my Client based BT13 & BT15 area of Belfast require a Full-time Medical Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team. Desirable Criteria Experience in a medical environment (working within a GP surgery advantageous) although full training will be given 34.5 hours per week:- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.
What you would be doing
Greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments. Providing information regarding practice services. Maintaining and updating files both computerised and manual.

What you need
- 5 GCSE's level including English & Maths (Grade A-C).
- Previous experience in a similar role to include telephone and face to face contact.
- Must have ability to work across 2 sites.
Practical information
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.30am - 5pm & Wed 8.30am - 1pm.
- This post is temporary with the view to becoming permanent.
