5+ years leading top-tier membership/loyalty expansion projects and operational support. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office.
What the role carries
Leading operational projects, to support achieving membership targets, commercial results and return on investment. Leading the business requirements for membership expansion and partnership operations into the overall Membership & Personalisation capability framework. Supporting in defining a scalable operating model, partner support model, and partner service level agreements in alignment with Global Framework Agreements.

- Provide project support for operationalizing membership expansion, including organisational readiness, communication support and expansion roadmap management.
