Requirements
- Experience of working with 1:1’s would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in a mental health setting, having restraint training in the last 12 months (with certification) although FREE CPI training is p.
Job details
- Earn between £12.71 and £15.00 per hour paid weekly, depending on shift pattern (higher rates apply for bank holidays).
- You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings.
- Work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support that they might need to achieve their goals.
