MEP Project Director

MEP Project Director focuses on contribute to the development and delivery of the operating unit plan for which this role applies.

What the role involves

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the operating unit plan for which this role applies.
• Monitor the strategy for enhancing our customer base in the sectors for which this role applies. This will include key account management for customers identified in the business p.
• Have implemented and used appropriate project controls to oversee successful major project delivery.

Skills and requirements

• Managing schemes from pre-construction through to completion (Cradle to grave experience required).
• Experience of identifying and implementing continuous improvement in a project environment.
• Experience of actively contributing to the development, analysis and implementation of business strategy and analysis.

Additional role context

• We have recently partnered with one of our key clients and are looking for an MEP Project Director to join their Building Services Team located in Central London.
• Actively participate in the implementation of the company's Building Services Business Strategy for developing and delivering within the commercial market.
• Have a strong and experienced engineering background in the MEPH discipline.
