Mid Term Planning & Forecasting Analyst
Mid Term Planning & Forecasting Analyst focuses on continuously monitor actual versus forecasted volumes, to understand trends.
What the role involves
- Continuously monitor actual versus forecasted volumes, to understand trends.
- Ensure appropriate recommendations for future forecasts.
- Maintaining a robust supply plan, monitoring impacts on capacity and making recommendations which improve capacity and demand alignment.
- Ensure forecasts are updated within the workforce management system.
- Provide adhoc impact assessments for emerging activities.
- Work closely with the wider planning team to ensure plans are effectively handed off for execution and key metrics are aligned.
Skills and requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with Change, Marketing & Finance teams.
- Strong data fluency and ability to work with data science and MI teams to shape new datasets.
