• Ensure children behave safely and appropriately.

• Promote independence while providing support when required.
• Calmly manage minor disputes and conflicts.

Confirmed role details

• Part-Time | Term-Time Only.
• 1–2 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Safeguarding and child protection training.
• Behaviour management guidance and conflict resolution support.
