What the role involves

- Supporting department manager with VIP accounts as necessary.
- Supporting manager as point of contact and customer services with Bespoke customers.
- Supporting scheduling diary for MTM fittings and appointments.
- Support Military walk in service, fitting and sales.
- Maintain contact library – suppliers, partners, services.
Skills and requirements
- Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure uniforms adhere to strict military regulations and standards - Essential.
- Customer Service: Ability to interact with Military personnel at all levels to discuss various fittings and requirements - Essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Essential.
- Good time management and organisation skills - Essential.
