What the role involves

• Repair works across multiple commercial contracts.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs on air conditioning systems and associated equipment.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with recognised industry standards.
• Update reactive and PPM tasks on the CAFM system.
• Maintaining engineering standards to maximise plant performance and reliability.
• Inspect building services and proactively respond to repairs and maintenance issues.

Skills and requirements

• Extensive experience in the service, installation, and maintenance of.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Servicing and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems.
• NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Installing and Commissioning Refrigeration Systems.
