Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.

Technical requirements

• Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme in either electrical / mechanical / plumbing / carpentry. Or previous experience in a similar role.
