Mobile Chiller Enigneer

Mobile Chiller Enigneer focuses on carry out planned preventative maintenance (ppm) on a range of chiller systems, including air-cooled, water-cooled, absorption, and adiabatic units.

What the role involves

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of chiller systems, including air-cooled, water-cooled, absorption, and adiabatic units.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults across components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and control systems.
• Advise clients on efficiency upgrades and best practices.
• Liaise directly with clients, providing clear technical feedback and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Participate in an on-call rota (currently 1 in 14 weeks) for emergency breakdowns.

Skills and requirements

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• F-Gas Category 1 (Essential).
• City & Guilds 2079.
• Proven experience working on commercial and industrial chiller systems.
