What the role involves

• Ensure excellent cleaning standards across all sites within remit.
• Conduct regular site visits and cleaning audits, completing required paperwork.
• Managing site operatives, including records of attendance, absence, holidays, and training (Human Focus).
• Submit employee timesheets, leaver notifications, and contract changes in line with payroll deadlines.
• Supporting HR meetings in line with company policies (with HR and Regional Facilities Manager support).
• Supervise operatives to ensure compliance with site rules, uniform, and PPE requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience of supervising operations in a demanding environment.
• Full clean UK driving license is required.

Confirmed role details

• Mobile Cleaning Supervisor - FM Service Provider - Dartford - £14.23 per hour.
• 08:00am to 17:00pm.
