What the work leans on

This role focuses on the operational management and evolution of mobile device estates using Omnissa Workspace ONE as the core Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform. Provide escalation support and technical guidance to Service Desk and Second Line teams.

Where the technical work sits

• Leading the deployment, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing management of Workspace ONE.
• Own mobile OS upgrades, application deployments, patching, and security updates.
• Contribute to and lead technical work streams across UEM integrations, security initiatives, and hardware refreshes.

Technical requirements

• Advanced, hands-on experience supporting iOS and Android platforms.
• Prior experience with AirWatch (Workspace ONE precursor).
• Experience across mobile lifecycle management: provisioning, patching, security hardening, and decommissioning.
