Main responsibilities

Assisting in the mechanical & fabric maintenance Onsite. Any reactive and planned maintenance Onsite. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution).

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Essential.
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
