Where the technical work sits

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.
• Proactively identify faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner.
• Perform electrical maintenance including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, and ballast changes.

Technical requirements

• Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 or 3.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
