This Mobile Engineer role is focused on air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning). It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - South of England - Up to £45,000. Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in Bristol & Birmingham.
Where the technical work sits
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning).
- Carry out Reactive maintenance.
- Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance.
Technical requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3.
- You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch.
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Practical details
- Up to £45,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications).
