Mobile HGV Techncian focuses on carry out servicing, inspections, and repairs on commercial vehicles.

What the role involves

• Carry out servicing, inspections, and repairs on commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment.
• Work effectively on-site, both with and without workshop facilities.
• Participate in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in 6–7 weeks).
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or IRTEC).
• Previous experience as a Mobile HGV Technician is advantageous.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• £45,000 – £52,500 + Overtime (1.5x) + Company Van + Fuel Card.
• Non-IRTEC Qualified: £18.00 p/h (£44,928) ? £18.90 p/h (£47,174) after probation.
• All overtime paid at 1.5x (plenty available).
• Company pension (6% employer.
