Job description
The Mobile Lead Engineer position in Maidenhead centres on carrying out minor electrical works including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, emergency lighting, and fire alarm testing. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

A company vehicle will be provided for travel between sites. Electrical (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)Test & Inspection qualification18th Edition Electrical Certificate.
What you would be doing
Carry out minor electrical works including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, emergency lighting, and fire alarm testing. Produce clear, compelling reports and maintain site logbooks. Carry out minor plumbing and building fabric repairs when needed.

What you need
- Multi-skilled with strong commercial building maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and basic plumbing/fabric repairs).
- Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and building fabric systems.
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations related to maintenance activities.
Practical information
- Mobile Lead Engineer – Maidenhead & Sittingbourne, Kent – FM Service Provider – £50,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm.
- Due to the location of the two sites, the ideal candidate will live inbetween the sites.
