• Strong technical skills in SMART repairs, including minor panel repairs, plastic bumper repairs, paint preparation, and refinishing.
• Experience using Diamondcut wheel lathes and associated materials.
• Good understanding of vehicle paint systems, color matching, blending techniques, and finishing processes.

Confirmed role details

• This is a full-time, Mobile Smart Repairer role based in the Greater Bristol and somerset Area.
• The hours are expected to be in the region of 8-5 Monday to Friday with NO weekends.
• The reward package on offer is a basic pay plus commission with an OTE.
• We are happy to listen on what you would like your pay plan to look like and if we align we will be only too pleased to rubber stamp it.
