Skills and requirements

• Previous experience as a SMART Repairer, mobile or workshop-based, preferred.
• Relevant transferable skills in vehicle re-spraying, filling, and preparation.
• Proactive, self-motivated with good organisational skills.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Confirmed role details

• Starting salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Performance-related bonus scheme with potential earnings of over £55,000 annually.
• Overtime available paid at £150 per half-day or £300 per full day.
