• Serve as the primary customer contact for all FM‑related issues, logging calls and directing them to the correct team.
• Ensure consistently high standards in all shared areas including desks, collaboration spaces and break‑out areas, reporting issues as required.
• Hold regular communication and monthly meetings with Floor Leads to review issues, updates and outstanding works.

Technical requirements

• Maintaining an excellent relationship with building occupants, enhancing their workplace experience and exceeding expectations.
• Experience using CAFM systems (e.g., logging jobs, raising purchase orders, running reports).
• Proven experience in a strong customer service–focused environment.
