This Modern Workplace Consultant role is focused on providing our diverse range of customers with agnostic, industry-leading advice, and expertise to help them select the right technology solutions and make the most of them. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Role overview

As a Modern Workplace Technical Architect, you will be responsible for contribution to design and implementation of the Modern Device and EUC solutions. Exist within NTT DATA Managed Services and will report into an aligned Senior Solution Lead.

Main responsibilities

Provide our diverse range of customers with agnostic, industry-leading advice, and expertise to help them select the right technology solutions and make the most of them. Assisting with enhanced user experiences and digital workspace transformation projects. Produce high quality technical documentation.

Requirements

• Prior experience of working in a multi-vendor environment is extremely desirable.
• Ownership of Device Build’s and technical ownership of the end user experience.
• Naturally applies systems thinking to spot automation opportunities, improve component parts, and turn incremental gains into broader, measurable outcomes.
